The machine is designed to remove the peel from garlic, without the use of water and blades.

The machine operating principle is based on the use of airflow dynamics, the machine is equipped with an advanced drying system and convenient functional control, so that you can peel the garlic automatically and achieve the best result. While cleaning, garlic cloves are not exposed to blades and other mechanical parts, it preserves their external shape and structure

Advantages:

Operation procedure.

  1. Garlic heads must be divided into cloves manually or mechanically before loading into the machine; it is recommended to load dry garlic.
  2. Load about 15 kg of garlic cloves into the bin, turn on the heating and the fan, if the garlic is not dry enough, it can be dried for 30 minutes. After the garlic has dried, you can feed it for peeling and simultaneously load the next batch of product.
  3. Getting into the peeling chamber, garlic cloves are exempt from the peel under the influence of compressed air and rotational movements. About 0.5 kg of garlic is loaded into the peeling chamber during one cycle. Peeling parameters can be adjusted on the control panel. Peeled cloves are emptied through the front tray and the peel is emptied from the rear part of the machine.
