Use: Machine for peeling
Installation will help
- quickly core the cabbage stumps before shredding the cabbage
- easily and quickly separate cabbage leaves (the installation cuts the bottom of the leaf).
Two variants:
- only the top dirty and rotten cabbage leaves are separated (only the bottom of the upper leaves is cut)
- all good leaves are separated for the cooking of cabbage rolls (the bottom of all leaves is cut)
Adaptation to customer requirements is possible.
